DAY 2 Workout




Today we're doing Upper Body Work Out : 1 hour-10min

Warming up: 15 min running
Work out: 
1. Upward facing plank Lifts+ Dips 4x12
2. Rolling side plank  3x15
3. Reclined rhomboid squeezes  3x15
4. Walk down plank, slaps shoulders  4x10
5. Side push ups  3x10
6. Arm circles + reverse  3x10 each side
7. Basic push ups  3x10

You can do this at home or outside... where ever you like.
