AB work out


Hi guys, I wanted to share these 5 amazing AB workouts.  I usually have a one training per week just for ABs. This is one of my favourite:

1. Plank 3x30sec
2. Basic crunch 3x15
3. Reverse crunch 3x15
4. Krav Maga side kick AB 3x15
5. V crunch 3x15
