Perception !


Hi guys! I didn't have any idea what am I going to write about and then I had this misunderstanding about what to do to get lean ?! And then I have realized that man see us differently then we are seeing ourselves. 

Mostly they see us as fragile beings but we see ourselves as strong. Why am I saying this. The misunderstanding was that the best workout is running because you are losing weight (and of course looking smaller) instead of working out at gym with weights (stronger and muscle defining). Most of us (woman) want to be strong and without fat. I prefer gym to be sincere. I'm not much of a runner. So I saw the difference between the perception. We don't want the same thing. So I really don't care as long as I'm healthy and fit. 

What can I say more you are strong either way. You are strong and you'll always be because it's in your nature. 

Before that I was thinking to try run more then 15min, because I always use it to warm up and then continuing the workouts but now I'm spite so I'm canceling til next day. Dammit feeling so furious!
