Anima Sana I Corpore Sano !


Hi lovelizzz :) Today I'm willing to try new method of working out; "Slow Running". It's something between fast walking and running.  As I said in one of the older posts I'm not a much of a runner, I'm more gym type. I want to enjoy in a beautiful weather while I can because winter is coming and there will be lot of gym time. 




So, my snickers are ready :) Also I'm going to try this Samsung App ( S Health ). I have never tried working out with the app; so there's first time for everything, right! 

It's windy today but I have to try it. Little bit wondering how will my body react to this kind of training. 

Okay, time for me to go. I'll let you know about details.
