Yoga Ball Workout


Time to play with a ball today ;)

Lets do this together!

Warming up 10min
Deep squats with ball 3x30
Bridges 3x20
Plank 3x30sec

DO IT !!!

ABs crunch with a ball 3x12
V crunch with a ball 3x15
Basic AB crunch 3x15

DO IT !!!

 Plank / slaps shoulder 3x12 
Mountain climber 3x30sec
Triceps Dips 3x12

DO IT !!! and REST !!!
