Anxiety Battle


Hi lovely people ! 

I didn't know what to write but my thoughts brought me to anxiety again. I had a really stressful weekend so I've decided to write about anxiety battle. People feel anxious about lot of things in life but we all differently react on it. In previous anxiety post I wrote that for me the last drop was the antibiotic pill that I had to take and it really was scary. I had never had that kind of reaction on pills and lot of fear. I thought I'm going to die. Even one year and a half after that I still have small fear when I need to take something even if those are painkillers. I have to admit I am much better then that period but still I'm working on few things. I know lot of you are wondering how am I going to live with this and what is going on with me etc. I've been there and I know all those questions. 

First of all it's a slow process. You have to take step by step. Find something that makes you happy. Don't be afraid of life because the fear is only going to hamper you from life! 
Do you want that? NO!
Take time for yourself, do whatever you like and try not to think about all those "what if" questions. All those "what ifs" makes you tens and anxious. For example what if I faint on the street or what if I have panic attack outside etc. But YOU WON'T, and so what if you do...from the childhood you learn important lesson. When you fall down you just get up and move on!!!
This is the same. You start to feel anxious and like you're going to fell a part, you think I don't need this I want normal life without any limitations and you move forward. 

Every step feels like victory and it is. Every day is a victory and you are getting stronger!

Don't be afraid to explore the outside world! There are lot of beautiful things to see and to explore!
OK your heart is pounding hard, so what you're healthy and nothing is going to happen. At beginning for me was calming to measure the pulse. When I see it's normal and that body is trying to trick me into anxiety it makes me calm. I know it's just a feeling and nothing more. So when I ignore it, it passes and I feel better.So you will too. Don't be afraid it can and it will be better!!!

Anima Sana I Corpore Sano !


Hi lovelizzz :) Today I'm willing to try new method of working out; "Slow Running". It's something between fast walking and running.  As I said in one of the older posts I'm not a much of a runner, I'm more gym type. I want to enjoy in a beautiful weather while I can because winter is coming and there will be lot of gym time. 




So, my snickers are ready :) Also I'm going to try this Samsung App ( S Health ). I have never tried working out with the app; so there's first time for everything, right! 

It's windy today but I have to try it. Little bit wondering how will my body react to this kind of training. 

Okay, time for me to go. I'll let you know about details.

Perception !


Hi guys! I didn't have any idea what am I going to write about and then I had this misunderstanding about what to do to get lean ?! And then I have realized that man see us differently then we are seeing ourselves. 

Mostly they see us as fragile beings but we see ourselves as strong. Why am I saying this. The misunderstanding was that the best workout is running because you are losing weight (and of course looking smaller) instead of working out at gym with weights (stronger and muscle defining). Most of us (woman) want to be strong and without fat. I prefer gym to be sincere. I'm not much of a runner. So I saw the difference between the perception. We don't want the same thing. So I really don't care as long as I'm healthy and fit. 

What can I say more you are strong either way. You are strong and you'll always be because it's in your nature. 

Before that I was thinking to try run more then 15min, because I always use it to warm up and then continuing the workouts but now I'm spite so I'm canceling til next day. Dammit feeling so furious!

Markets day


The other day I went to see Ice sculpting. That man is incredible. That is a hard job to do, really. He worked 3h on 375kg of ice. I think he's the rare artist here who has specialised on ice. It was incredible to see.


Sorry for the photo if it's not good. It was the best that I can take. Can you believe it how hard is to catch the figure in the ice? Sun reflection, its like a glass, so delicate.

Shopping Time!


I don't know what's going on with me but these color mixes makes me feel like it's spring on these sunny days :) Weather is beautiful so I've decided to go for a shopping :) I need ankle boots for this time of a year.

Love those colors they make me feel comfortable and cheerful :)


Okay, so I went for a walk and of course to look around for new boots.
