Greek bread


For this incredibly tasty bread you'll need :

500g flour
300ml warm water
1 yeast
1 tea spoon of salt
2 spoons of olive oil

Leave it to rest for at least 30 min.
Share it into smaller balls and roll it a bit 
(be careful do not roll too thin and yes you have to roll every ball bc those will be small breads).

Warm up the oven til 250'C. Let your dough rest for 5min. 
Bake it until it gets golden color. 
It's perfect with the salad and cheese but its your choice :)
