Hi lovelizzzzz ;)
TThis time of the year is giving us more sunny days and fresh air. With all the flowers and beautiful sky we are happy because spring is here and the most importat is that we are aware of summer :) SO, I'm going out side to workout which makes me very happy.
I started today with slow running which I discovered to be good with my body. I didn't run just for doing it. I did it to warm up at least for 5-10 min. You can do it more if you like. Its your choice!
Today was a lower body workout/ Leg day.
Today I gave priority to squats :)
Check out these 6 workouts :
1. Squats + Lunges (1x20, 1x15, 1x10)
2. Squats with side leg raise ( 3x15)
3. Side cunches ( 2x10)
4. Squats (3x 30)
5. Russian twists ( 3x 30)
6. Basic AB crunches ( 3x15)
Time to have some fun :)
This took me 50min. I always make 1min-2min pause between the sets bc I want to give my muscles little time to relax. I don't want to keep them contracted all the time.
After this it's time to drink Pear Smootie with cinnamon :) So delicious!
